• No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the amount cannot be refunded.

• Exchange Instead of Refund: If you wish to use the paid amount for another product, we may allow you to exchange it for another item of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply), subject to our approval.

• No Return or Exchange Without a Valid Reason: Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a genuine issue, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

• Made-to-Order Products: Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Production takes time, and we request your patience while your order is being prepared.

• Order Cancellation: Once a made-to-order product has entered the production process, the order cannot be cancelled, and the payment cannot be refunded, even if the product has not yet been delivered.

• Production Updates: As soon as your order is ready, our team will contact you and provide the necessary shipping or delivery updates.

• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are accepted on 100% prepaid payment only.

• Check Product Details Before Ordering: Please review the product description, size, design, and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.

• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
