Orders & Payments

• We accept 100% prepaid orders only.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

• Many of our products are handcrafted and made after an order is placed.

• Production may take additional time depending on the product.

• We request your patience while your order is being prepared.

• Our team will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch.

Cancellation, Return & Refund

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled if production has started.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a damaged or incorrect product, subject to verification.

Product Information

• We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions.

• Due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of products, slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur.

Limitation of Liability

• Kesariya Paridhan shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
